 🌸 Here's a structured Usui Reiki daily self-healing practice that honors the traditional teachings while being practical for modern life:

🌅 Morning Practice: Setting the Tone

- Posture: Sit or lie down comfortably.

- Gassho Meditation: Place hands in prayer position at the heart. Focus on your breath for 5–10 minutes.

- Recite the Reiki Precepts (aloud or silently):

  - Just for today, I will not be angry.

  - Just for today, I will not worry.

  - Just for today, I will be grateful.

  - Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

  - Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
